Cancellation conditions in winter

• You can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before arrival. The deposit already paid will be refunded.
• from 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booked price is to be paid.
• from 4 weeks before arrival: 70% of the booked travel price
• up to 7 days before arrival: 90% of the booked travel price 
• on the day of arrival or in case of early departure: 100% of the total tour price.

Cancellation conditions in summer

• You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. 
• up to 1 day before arrival, 90% of the booked tour price is due.
• on the day of arrival or in the event of early departure, 100% of the total tour price is payable.
